The Aurora Health Care Gastroenterology Fellowship Program

The Aurora GI fellowship was created to offer gastroenterologists the freedom to pursue a wide range of practice experiences within their chosen specialty. Our goal is to foster the development of a polished specialist, and to prepare gastroenterologists for a long and productive medical career.

GI fellows can expect to see sufficient patient volume and variety in the Aurora program to gain an excellent background for a solid and successful clinical practice.

In addition, the program makes it possible to take advantage of research opportunities in virtually any area of clinical interest.

The majority of GI experience is gained at the Aurora Sinai Medical Center campus. Several months are spent on rotation at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, providing a complementary breadth of patient care experience in Inpatient GI, Hepatology, and Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
