Preceptors

Kristin Cannon, R.Ph.

Sr. Director Pharmacy Operations Kristin received her B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin. Kristin is the Sr. Director of Pharmacy Operations for Aurora Health Care-North, which includes the 6 hospitals north of the Milwaukee area. Kristin co-precepts the administration rotation at Aurora BayCare Medical Center and is a preceptor in the PGY-2 Health System Pharmacy Administration program.

Julie Davis, PharmD, BCPS

Specialty Pharmacy Coordinator, Centralized Order Verification Julie received her Pharm.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She co-precepts the Centralized Order Verification (COV) rotation for PGY-1 pharmacy residents from Aurora West Allis and Aurora Baycare Medical Centers and is the primary preceptor for Concordia University of Wisconsin's Doctor of Pharmacy students in elective COV rotations. Additionally, she has involvement with PGY-1 (Metro, Administration) and PGY-2 residents (Oncology, Critical Care, Informatics, Cardiology, Administration) in their longitudinal staffing rotation which includes COV.

Jennifer A Esch, PharmD, BCPS

Clinical Pharmacist Jennifer completed her undergraduate work at Michigan State University with dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Education. She obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arizona. She currently precepts the Medical/Surgical Clinical and Hospitalist required rotations at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay.

Julie L. Kindsfater, PharmD, BCPS

Drug Policy, Formulary Coordinator, Sr. Julie received her Pharm.D. from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital in Milwaukee. Julie co-precepts the drug policy rotation and assists residents with medication safety projects. She chairs the Aurora Medication Safety Committee and recently completed coursework in Patient Safety Leadership through the College of Medicine at the University of Illinois – Chicago.

Holly Kaminski, R.Ph

Clinical Pharmacist Holly received her B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She joined Aurora Health Care Metro Region in 2000 and moved North to Aurora BayCare Medical Center in 2002. Holly's primary focus is central pharmacy distribution and order verification for BayCare Medical Center. She precepts the Central Order Verification (COV) rotation in collaboration with Aurora Health Care's Metro Verification team

Jessie Lawton, Pharm.D., BCOP

Clinical Pharmacist Jessie received her BS from Marquette University and her Pharm.D. from the University of Minnesota. She completed a hematology/oncology specialty residency at NorthShore University Health System in Evanston, IL. Jessie practices at Aurora BayCare Medical Center and precepts for the PGY1 oncology rotation and PGY2 oncology residency.

Tracy Mingori, Pharm.D.

Clinical Pharmacist Tracy received her B.S. in Pharmacy from Ferris State University and her Pharm.D. from the University of Florida. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY-2 Critical Care Residency at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Tracy currently co-precepts the Adult Medicine and Critical Care rotations at Aurora BayCare Medical Center.

Lee Skrupky, PharmD, BCPS

Lee received his PharmD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and a PGY2 Critical Care residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Lee co-precepts the critical care rotation and infectious diseases elective.

Lisa Streu, R.Ph

Clinical Pharmacist Lisa received her B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has been practicing at Aurora Bay Care Medical Center since 2005 and co-precepts the oncology rotation.

Jeff Waise, PharmD

Director Inpatient Pharmacy Jeff Waise has been the Pharmacy Director at ABMC since 2008. He is a PharmD graduate of University of Michigan with almost 20 years of management experience. Under Jeff’s leadership, ABMC has gone through 3 successful Joint Commission surveys, converted to an All Meds Model, implemented automation, and converted to Epic. Additionally, he has lead several successful clinical interventions to include parenteral nutrition, warfarin dosing and counseling, and transitions of care. Jeff is passionate about medication safety and continued process improvements.
