Laura Beres, Pharm.D.

Clinical Pharmacist Laura received her B.S. from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a major in biology and a minor in Spanish and her Pharm.D. from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora Health Care. Laura currently practices at Aurora West Allis Medical Center and precepts women's health and the continuity of care rotation.

Matt Carleton, Pharm.D., BCPS

Clinical Coordinator; PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program Director – Aurora West Allis Medical Center Matt received his Pharm.D. from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. He completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora Health Care. He is a clinical coordinator at Aurora West Allis Medical Center. Matt co-precepts the antimicrobial stewardship and medication safety rotations.

Angela Colella, PharmD, BCPS

Drug Formulary Specialist Angela received her B.S. in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin Madison and her PharmD from Concordia University Wisconsin. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora Health Care, Metro, Inc. A co-preceptor of the drug policy rotation, Angela also staffs clinically at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center and Aurora Sinai Medical Center.

Kimberly Johnson, PharmD, BCPS

Specialty Pharmacy Coordinator - Centralized Order Verification Pharmacy Kim received both her B.S. and PharmD from The University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora Health Care. She precepts the COV Pharmacy rotation for PGY-1 residents and students.

Megan Kaiser, Pharm.D., BCPS

Clinical Pharmacist Megan received her B.S. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a major in biology and her Pharm.D. from Midwestern University Chicago College of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora West Allis Medical Center. Megan co-precepts the Geriatrics rotation.

Julie L. Kindsfater, PharmD, BCPS

Drug Policy, Formulary Coordinator, Sr. Julie received her Pharm.D. from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital in Milwaukee. Julie co-precepts the drug policy rotation and assists residents with medication safety projects. She chairs the Aurora Medication Safety Committee and recently completed coursework in Patient Safety Leadership through the College of Medicine at the University of Illinois – Chicago.

Nick Ladell, PharmD, BCPS

Director of Pharmacy, Aurora West Allis Medical Center Nick graduated from University of Wisconsin – Madison. After working as an inpatient clinical pharmacist at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, he started his PGY1 Pharmacy & PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration Residency at Aurora Health Care. After completing his residency, he became the Director of Pharmacy for Aurora West Allis Medical Center. He is highly involved in improving patient care and helping caregivers reach their career goals.

Al Loeb, M.S., R.Ph.

Sr. Director of Pharmacy Operations Al received his B.S. in Pharmacy from Purdue University. He obtained his M.S. in Hospital Pharmacy Administration from the University of Wisconsin and completed a two-year residency in practice management at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.

Jennifer McNally, Pharm.D., BCPS

Senior Clinical Pharmacist Jennifer received her PharmD from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. She is a preceptor for the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Aurora West Allis Medical Center (AWAMC) and currently serves as the AWAMC representative on the Aurora Pharmacist Practice Council. She is currently the primary preceptor for the General Adult Medicine rotation.

Mary J. Palesse B.S., M.S., BCPS

PGY1 Pharmacy Residency – Aurora West Allis Medical Center Mary received her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1981. She has a master's degree in educational psychology with an emphasis in learning and development. She currently practices at Aurora West Allis Medical Center where she is co-preceptor for the community based critical care and geriatrics rotations.

Anne Palmer, Pharm.D., BCPS

Anne received her PharmD from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at WFHC St. Joseph Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. She currently practices at Aurora West Allis Medical Center where she is a preceptor for the women's health rotation.

Tracy F. Peterson, PharmD, BCPS

Clinical Pharmacist Tracy completed her PharmD at the University of Minnesota -Twin Cities. She has an extensive practice background with a focus in cardiology and critical care. Currently, she is a clinical pharmacist at Aurora West Allis Medical Center where she co-precepts PGY-1 residents and precepts APPE students.

Jennifer Tomczak, Pharm.D.

Clinical Pharmacist Jennifer received her Pharm.D. from Midwestern University – Illinois. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency at Aurora Health Care and currently precepts PGY1 residents at Aurora West Allis Medical Center.

Paul Windisch, PharmD

Specialty Pharmacy Coordinator, Drug Policy Paul received his B.S. in Economics & Statistics from University of Minnesota and his PharmD from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at University of Wisconsin Hospital & Clinics, and completed a two-year fellowship in pharmacoeconomics, technology assessment & outcomes research at University Health System Consortium (UHC). Paul co-precepts the drug policy rotation.

Mike Yaros, Pharm.D., BCPS

Mike received his Pharm.D. from the University of Florida. He completed his PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora West Allis Medical Center. Mike co-precepts the community based Critical Care and Medical Cardiology rotations.
