We believe the choice of residency training should depend on the educational merits of the program, not special benefits or "perks". Our emphasis is on medical education however we do value the contributions of our housestaff and as such offer a fair and competitive salary and benefits package  In addition to the general housestaff benefits, Transitional Year residents are provided the following educational stipends:

  • $450 Books, medical equipment required by the program, journal subscriptions, computer software
  • $1,000 Conference stipend at the Program Director’s discretion
  • $200 Technological support devices
