Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center School of Diagnostic Medical Sonography
Due to a high demand for sonographers, the program has decided to increase the number of students accepted for 2015.
Enrollment is currently open for the class starting in fall 2015. Applications will be accepted through June 30, 2015.

Application forms will be accepted October – December each year. All applications must be postmarked by December 31st. No applications will be accepted if postmarked after this date.
A $50.00 non-refundable application fee is required. All payments should be made by personal check or money order payable to Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center.

Instructions on submitting an application
Please note, class size is limited and not all applicants are selected for admission to the program. Applicants who are selected for interviews will be notified by mail.
All program pre-requisites must be completed before an application is submitted.
- Allied Health Students must successfully complete their program prior to the start of class in September.
- University students must be in good standing at the time of application.
Failure to meet any of the application requirements will result in loss of application eligibility.
Official Academic transcripts from high school and post-secondary educational institutions are required to document the completion of pre-requisites. To maintain eligibility, official sealed academic transcripts must be received and postmarked by application deadline. Transcripts should be sent to the program directly from the educational institution.
Hand carried transcripts will not be accepted.
General Eligibility Rquirements
All required information must be submitted by the stated due-dates. Failure to meet all deadlines will result in a rejection of the application. In addition, official transcripts must verify all educational information provided. Any discrepancies will terminate an applicant's eligibility.
As a condition of admission, applicants considered for an appointment will be required to pass a drug screen and physical examination. The costs of said tests are the responsibility of the sponsoring institution.
